Cold Weather Reminders


       PLUMBING ISSUES CAUSED BY OCCUPANTS:  Residents, not the HOA, are responsible for any damage or repairs to plumbing pipes and fixtures caused by freezing due to inadequate heating in the unit, or not taking necessary precautions during freezing weather.  Precautions for freezing weather include: letting hot and cold water drip, open cabinet doors where there is plumbing.  Each Fall, the Association installs covers on the foundation vents and hose bib.  These are to remain on until the Association removes them in the Spring.  Residents are responsible for unclogging of lines due to excessive matter being put down them.  This includes, but is not limited to sinks, disposals, dishwashers, toilets, and tubs.  Residents will be charged  for these repairs.
