Dumpster-Recycling Stations

All residents agree to keep the area around their unit free from litter, garbage, clutter, etc.

It is the responsibility of each resident to place all refuse in the garbage and recycling containers.  The HOA encourages the use of recycling containers located in each trash enclosure area, with all cardboard boxes broken down.   Residents agree to utilize the trash area assigned to their unit as indicate below.  If the dumpster containers in the designated area are full, please use an alternative stationPlease do not leave anything outside of the of the garbage containers.  Please make sure that the lids to the containers are closed and the gates are not left open.  Please do not throw litter or leave garbage/furniture on the grounds anywhere on the Maple Tree Village property, including the fenced-in garbage area.

No furniture, mattresses or other large items are to be placed in the garbage/recycling area.
REPUBLIC SERVICES WILL NOT pick up these items without additional charges.  Any additional garbage removal charges accrued will be passed on to the residents.
