Dumpster-Recycling Stations

Let’s keep Maple Tree Village free from litter, garbage and clutter and be responsible to our environment by careful recycling and re-purposing.

* Please use Recycling and Garbage Dumpsters responsibly throughout the Complex.

* Area 1 (west) and 3 (east) have recycling and garbage receptacles and Area 2 (south) is for recycling only.

* If one Dumpster Recycling Station is full, please use another location on the property. Please flatten all cardboard boxes to increase capacity of the dumpsters.

* Do not leave mattresses, furniture or other large items at the dumpster areas as Republic Services will not pick up and homeowners will be charged extra for removal.

* Please dispose of large unwanted items in a responsible manner. Search for local services and donation options to re-home useable furniture and appliances.

No furniture, mattresses or other large items are to be placed in the garbage/recycling area. REPUBLIC SERVICES WILL NOT pick up these items without additional charges. Any additional garbage removal charges accrued will be passed on to the residents.
